Our office is located within the True Life Medicine Building.
Our building is conveniently located at 403 S Baldwin St. We can easily be accessed from Hwy 24. Turn at the McDonald's onto Baldwin St. Head north and you will see our building on the right after passing Skyline Drive.
After pulling into our driveway turn left and head up the hill. Our office entry and parking is around back on the upper level of the building.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We are not "in network" for any insurance plans, however, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf for "out of network" chiropractic benefits.
We accept: Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit Cards. Please note that there is a 3% swipe fee for all cards.
